Franklin Biff Levy - Managing Director in Fintech and Mining
An experienced executive based in West Hollywood, California, Franklin "Biff" Levy is the co-founder and managing director of GS Mining Company and the CEO of BioMilling, LLC. Franklin "Biff" Levy has a diverse background in the mining, banking, and payment fintech industries, having served in leadership roles for various companies. Further, he served as special counsel to the Las Vegas Sands hotel.
Mr. Levy spent over a decade in a management role in the iron ore mining business in Ma’anshan, China. In 2017, he co-founded GS Mining Company, LLC, in Central City, Colorado, where he leads all operational, legal, and financial matters. He oversaw the rehabilitation and reopening of the Bates Hunter Gold Mine after it had been closed for a hundred years.
Since 2022, Mr. Levy has also been serving as the director of Brant Point Solutions, LLC, in West Hollywood, California. He oversees legal matters and has led the integration of HopaPay into eFinityPay.
Mr. Levy earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Yale and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is the author of two novels and is working on a third. He is a member of the Mystery Writers of America and the director of the Nantucket Comedy Festival, Stand Up & Learn™, a comedy workshop for kids.
